Building trust with people who need help but may not know where to start.
Not just temporary help. A path toward stability.
Homelessness is complex. We work to meet immediate needs while also helping people take steps toward housing, employment, and a stronger future.
Housing First Steps
We help individuals understand options, gather documents, connect with programs, and move toward stable housing.
Employment Pathways
We help reduce barriers to work, including resumes, applications, interview preparation, and basic needs support.
Practical Support
We help connect people with food, clothing, hygiene items, transportation options, and other essential resources.
People do not need judgment. They need a door open.
A warm meal, a clean pair of socks, an ID, a ride, a job lead, or a safe place to sleep can be the first step toward rebuilding stability. Rooftop of Alaska exists to walk beside people through those steps.
